i am starting to feel that my running is starting to suck. i feel very demoralised lately after several unfinished workouts. the errors in my running style is very difficult to change. i sometimes wonder if it i am very stubborn for refusing the fact that i have passed my peak and i cant go any further. 'hard work and more hard work will nt beat hard work and talent'. that is the thing that is preventing me from going further. i need to get myself up again and i can tell that it is nt an easy task. hard work is important. without hard work, one can never improve. i am going to change the 'will nt' to a 'might'. last yr i managed to get myself up for nats. i hope and will try my best to get my form.

ALWAYS REMEMBER NT TO GIVE UP!! IT IS THE UPS AND DOWNS IN LIFE WHICH MAKES LIFE FUN AND EXCITING. GIVING UP IS LIKE THROWING A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY AWAY.

TO EVERY PROBLEM, THERE IS A SOLUTION AS LONG AS ONE KEEPS ON SEEKING IT.

YOU CAN DO IT! JIA WHITES!
